• Live normally without treatment and without any noticeable weakness or sickness and die peacefully at the end of five years.
• Go through aggressive treatment for one year that will make you feel terrible and leave you physically frail, but you will then live at least another 15 years.
• Take a pill that will cure your illness and let you live to your normal life expectancy, but you will have to live with a disability.
